The agency works on a team-based format with each business unit functioning
on a seamless basis for total integration and balanced servicing of
client issues and needs.
Typically, there are eight key elements in M. Silver Associates’
approach to client relations:
- An experienced, compatible account team is assigned
- A communications audit is conducted to determine client goals, strengths/weaknesses
and issues to effectively target audiences, constituents and stakeholders
- A year-long plan of action—defining goals and establishing
timetables—is prepared and approved by the client based on a
mutually agreed upon customized creative brief
- An interactive client communications process is established according
to each client’s preference, to ensure full understanding and
knowledge of program activities
- Comprehensive activity reports are provided to the client on a scheduled
basis
- Regular agency creative sessions are conducted to keep the account
program fresh and innovative
- Periodically, the entire agency staff convenes to evaluate and fine-tune
the plan
- To ensure a comfortable working relationship—and continued
client satisfaction—the agency conducts semi-annual agency/client
evaluations
To enhance understanding of the public relations process, M. Silver
Associates will create personalized educational seminars for our clients
or their own internal clients.
